A snow cave was one of these and we took advantage of the recent snow, to set out to try to do just that. We found the spot, dug in and this is how it went. marked it how, with what? different time, different world. They took others to show them the site over the years, im sure but as for marking it, using the years this happened, how would you have marked it? I bet they did what they could
@@PHARRAOH From the beginning and outset of filming the female Sasquatch in 1967, Patterson / Gimlin could've returned , laid out and surveyed the exact area that the she/ Sasquatch passed thru. Materials 2 do that: wooden stakes, pins, nails , ribbon , spray paint! There may not have been homedepots then but hardware stores existed. I'm not Gimlin or Patterson, but if I was I would've returned 2 the exact area and laid it out 4 future reference!

I came too with some friends but I didn't know where y'all were at, but I got there in the afternoon and left the following morning because of time constraints. I was only at the campground for a little during the day. Perhaps I'll run into you on the trail one of these days. I'm curious if you know anything about the structure on Mt Islip. Is it an old fire lookout? I know you know a lot about the history here. We went up there to watch the sunset and also saw the cops too lol. There were like 3-4 cars. Hopefully I can find y'all next time.

if you try hammock, try the style you lay diagonal, it makes all the difference and leave your sleeping bag unzipped 3/4 and use it like an over quilt, this will prevent a constant sliding down and struggle to right your position. once you dial it in, there's no comparison.
In the 70s those glass like balls with the string attached We called nockers do you remember their name. Stay out of that beer cooler.
